Heard that this builder is not keen in finishing this project and providing aminities to the Phase I residents.. Is it true ?? Was interested in the project, but seeing the slow progress for years, we are confused..
Any comments appreciated.

Genuine buyers for Phase II - beware ! Tomorrow your courtyard will be in the same condition.
Fraud builder. His arrogance itself is a proof when you dig into details. You pay sparing your sweat and blood and he just feels that he is giving things out FREE.
Why the builder is not serious about the over all cleanliness ? See the goddamn space behing / between each block of phase 1 ! He thinks the buyers for Phase 2 will not notice these things or what ? Any fat pockets booked in Phase 2 so far ?

I heard that he have shown some 'purambokku' land to the buyers and committed that 18x22 ft area is part and outdoor games. the people who lives there are struggling to cope to the situation of no roads, no compound walls and the careless workers who throw construction scraps all around. They are living with leaking over head tanks, sweating walls and cheap wood works for windows and doors.
The builder provided a totally waste street lighting system which all the flat owners objected.
The builder haven't still given the GYM / Indoor games / STP plant. People are living inside from 2009.
An employee Rajesh also showed me some marshy land behind phase 1 as recreation / park area. He was boasting that 6 grounds are kept for the common amenities. If you want to see any one working hard for Aandavar home creators, visit at 3PM and you can see sleepy eyes and yawning mouths all around..

Those who bought there and is living feels that its ok for the price they got. Now he have increased to 3700/- per sqft which is not worthy at all. Phase I had atleast some engineers in charge and now you cannot find any professional engineers. The builder saves money in using unskilled labours and quality of work is so bad.
The builder never listens to the comments or suggestions of the flat owners and keep on making mistakes on the community planning.
Just see the facility given for a security gate and then decide yourself. Investors are not even getting tenants.
Joke... Professional engineers ? Show me one professional in the group Aandavar Homes ! Atleast a good carpenter ? good electrician, good plumber ??? Interact to the securities and get yourselves impressed. Ask any supervisor anything in depth and they will say "please ask owner"... That is the professionalism they have. Dont interact with Mr. Saravanan alone and get your ass kicked.

Aandavar Home Creators Pvt Ltd is building the community Sadagopan Enclave since 2008. Ask any flat owner there if they are happy with the builder ? I understood that all of them are waiting for the builder to move out after completing the project so that they can bring up bright ideas to make the community livable.
Just go and see how the kids are playing around in the scrap world. The workers are not even trained to keep the work materials safer. The builder thinks he is the jack of all trades.
Total looser. This is his first mass project above 8 flats and will remain the last project also.
oh.. was that leak in the tank ? I thought the builder provided a water curtain in the terrace... Some blocks I thought that its a paint shade. Mr. Saravanan is known to trigger trends !

Seems Rajasekhar is correct. We visited the site and seems like a graveyard. Could have been built in a much better way and feel sorry for people who bought and is living there. He havent even provided a water tap to wash their vehicles ! No cloth hanging poles on terrace.
Above all the street lighting given is so pathetic that you wonder is that a civil engineers option or a workshop fellow's ?
He havent even provided the basic ameneties of good roads, safe play area for kids, some park benches some greenery, proper road lighting, compound walls, good gates and security posts.
Seems the builder is so greedy that he wants the money out of others pockets....
The employees are seen sleeping in various places in the compound and not even one is an experienced mestiry. They are learning work from others money.
Most of the residents were saying that the builder never hears their calls for fould construction or planning...
Oh no.. dont call it a graveyard.. Its a paradise.. And Saravanan thinks he can sell to any one who sits across his table. he really lives in a fools paradise. My spouse was telling that this is very well going to be his last large scale project. Thank god he is not constructing bridges or flyovers...

Sadagopan Enclave built by Aandavar Home Creators stands like a ghost's fortress in Nanmangalam. You enter the community with a graveyard welcome gate and security post. The incompletion of work starts there. The T/F and its premises gives you an idea about the tidyness builder is keen on. Scrap scrap and crap every where. There are some provision given for planing in the phase I blocks and filled with waste clay, and GOD knows what will grow in there.
No proper compound walls. We have seen a dozen of stray dogs and cattles roaming inside.
No proper street lighting. Some show piece is put which never serves the purpose.
No employee who speak diplomatically. No one who is technically skilled.
The builder and the employees think they are building Tajmahal or doing rocket engineering...

Currently a commitment date of June 2013 is given by the builder. The target is Jan 2013, but extended date is June.
Also the play area and facilities for the children are commited before this year summer vacation.
I appreciate the residents there, who never spells any thing wrong about the builder, instead asked me to keep track of developments and commutment times. We can see a bit of tear in their eyes when we ask about the amenities.. They are in the process of registering an association and is almost closer to that. I feel they are keeping quiet and is waiting for the association to get registered. Because, once they get the approval of association, they can go legaly against the builder. Cases of builder winning a case in such situations are very less.
