Q: Heard that this builder is not keen in finishing this project and providing aminities to the Phase I residents.. Is it true ?? Was interested in the project, but seeing the slow progress for years, we are confused.. Any comments appreciated.

What if Mr. Saravanan, of Aandavar Home Creators start an IT company after finishing Sadagopan Enclave, Nanmangalam Chennai ? He will over take Bill Gates.
Good one.. Think what happens if he builds a ship ? 100% sure, it will sink when put in water. But he will make more money saying that he made a submarine. That is fraud saravaranan of aandavar home creators...

The residents should go to consumer court. If he have shown purambokku and committed, even if verbally, they can bargain on the 1L he collects for club membership. Because, club membership is not for STP. It is purely applicable for recreational facilities. if 80 flats are there, he should hand over all the bills and purchase details of all these !!! Also the association should be a part of negotiating and selecting items. I feel that he have projected STP as a major expenditure on the 1L collected per flat. It is absolute nonsense... STP is his commitment on the layout and sale deed. Gosh.. you need club membership to process your shit in the community ?? Wake up owners,,, meet a good lawyer!
