Agreement signed between buyer and IDEAL after 20% payment.
Q: I have booked a 3 BHK recently in Phase II and have got a draft agreement from Ideal. Wanted to know if any previous buyer made any amendment to it so that its fair to both buyer and seller. Mostly builders make them in their favour leaving nothing for buyers. Phase I case will also help. Thanks.

Thank you all for giving me the confidence to go ahead. I agree to Emina also as I too have seen agreement doc from other builders which are totally skewed. I know of builder refusing to get the agreement done on Stamp paper and they claim to be a great company in brochures/Ads. Manalidas : You may refer to www.Ideal.in for the details. The place is 5 min drive from New Town City Center. There are 2 parallel approach from MAR (includes a new 6 lane). Vist a NK Realtor site where you will get more details than Ideal site.
