Q: Heard that this builder is not keen in finishing this project and providing aminities to the Phase I residents.. Is it true ?? Was interested in the project, but seeing the slow progress for years, we are confused.. Any comments appreciated.

It is a nightmare to visit the site again. They are not comming down on negotiation because, the builder is not keen. Any builde will try to finsih projects and move on. This Saravanan seems not keen on that. He is playing around with others money and happiness....It is a nightmare to visit the site again.
