Greendale Phase II Commencement Certificate
Q: Hello, I just booked a flat in Greendale Phase II, and while going through the documents found that the Commencement Certificate is partial...has anybody faced any problems with this? Also, Does anybody know whether the residents in Greendale Phase I have got their Occupancy certificates yet?

My comments to replies
I am exploring options in phase 2 as well . They are qouting 4000 , negotiable to 3825 which i feel is too high for that area! There are total 420 apartment in greendale (phase1 &2) and 40+ apt in redrock . the amentities are common for 460 flats. Not sure about OC , they said will take 1 year after posession . Is it worth going for this rates ?
