Hi, Currently no bank is providing home loans on Ansal Sushant Serene residency in GNOIDA. However, they have submitted papers for approval in PNB and HDFC which might take time as Ennviornmental clearnace was still pending for the project. However, it might have been cleared now. Also, I checked with Indiabulls, the guy told me the approval will come within a week. I have already booked a flat in the project and I checked with project manager (Meenakshi) and I was told that I can submit sanction letter of pre-approved loan from any bank , pay 15% of my share and pay only when bank starts disbursing loan, which is good!
