Hello, myself and My office colleague have also purchased a flat in Shantiniketan phase 2 pune. We have called so many time to Hiren(he was the property in charge when we booked the flats) however we did not get proper response from him. he always used to tell us that it will start shortly... now last week i had visited the site and I so good progress. However now they are asking more money from us. We all can together can discussion how we can get this done... hello guys...I am sachin and facing the same problem of delayed construction and then aksing for more money.When i bought the flat I was told that the escalation in price will be borne by the promoter, but now we are being told to pay extra which i think is not correct. So we should all come together and protest the decision, because the delay is not due to us and is their problem. Instead i am of the opinion that they should be paying us for the delayed handing over of the flat. Once again I request you all come together as our unity will be our strength in this case, alone we stand no where.
