Hi,
I have recently booked a flat at Alpine Viva and is very much satisfied with the progress they are making and also with the quality of construction. I guess, the first two blocks will be ready for possession towards the mid of year or may a be a little early as well. The design of the flats is very nice and the amenities are truly world class. My flat is in Danube block opposite to which the 60 ft fountain is coming up.
I have been dealing with Syed from Alpine and he is very cooerative and has been helping me with whatever my requests are to them. All and all, a very satisfying experience till now.

Hi, have you done a legal verification with th documents. Was everything fine i mean approvals, bda sanctioned plan details etc.. I have booked a flat and dealing with syed satis factorily.

I have booked a flat in Alpine VIVA (603 Tagus). I have a doubt on the specification. The builder has mentioned the Flat type as N in all the layout plans but the sharing agreement (between owner and developer) says the flat type is N1. I have checked the layout of both type in the same block and found those to be exactly same. I am confused is there any difference in both flats and is there any legal difference in N and N1 type? I think flat 703 is also N1 type as somebody bought 703 in Tagus block?
Need to understand this, please help.

Hello Owners of Tivoli,
I am planning to BUY flat in Tivoli, for that Manager is saying I'll get home loan from either HDFC or Axis bank. I am bit worried why other Banks are NOT Providing loan, as it is very good project by Parkway/IDEB. I also dont know about the reason of Delay of Possession, as per the sale manager they are saying their were a Financial Dispute b/w Parkway and IDEB. Now Parkway has taken the full charge. I inquired with ICICI bank for loan for this property. They were telling that their is some Land Dispute in this Project, for that Gram Panchayata has send a notice to Parkway/IDEB and asking to PAY around 10 Crorers. Pls let me know the correct information regarding this. It will be very help full for me to take a Decision, whether I should buy or not.
