Builders is a well reputed company. Being a C.A. i've seen their papers. It is clear title land and all the papers are clear . the project is taking time as there are few government formalities to be completed. i would suggest u to visit their office at shaniwar peth and go thru the papers, and ur doubts clear. So i went to scarlet villas office and had a talk with Mr. N.G.Kulkarni Friend u go to the office and talk to the owner directly.See the documents related to the project.
