I purchased a plot in this project along with friends. Our experience has been horrible. - No khatta transfer even after 2 years for most of the investors. - Villagers have encroached plots and started farming since a year ago, no action by fortune surya or columbia - legal case is pending in Hosur court and wonder how land was sold and registered despite the legal case - no maintenance, construction of club house, boundary wall - moreover no one to listen, we approached Saba and Farooq they say its Fortune surya problem and we visited many times to Fortune surya Mr.Reddy is not available to meet if you go after taking appointment. Columbia developers Saba and Farooq are not trust worthy. make promises and doesnt complete those. Project current status is really bad. Fortune Surya office is worst than a standard real estate agent. I wonder how a developer will be mantaing its own office.
