Legally no issue at all. Quality looked good. HDFC name adds value. Good location. Still Expense. regards Rohit
I am also thinking of buting a villa with them but not been convinced yet because of the numerous delays earlier launch of the project had. could you kindly thorw some light on it. Also at what rate did you get the smalles t of the villa
