Is there something terribly wrong with this project?
Q: It's been delayed for a very long time now. I have been following up on this project for close to a year now. Initially last Nov they told me it is getting over in Apr 12 then it became Nov 12 and now looks like it is June 13. Also legend has it that initially it was planned for 2011 completion. Does anyone has any inside info on what is the root cause of these delays???

Any one recently purchased in Mantri Premero? Latest possession time as per the builder in Dec 2014, but hearsay is June 2015.. any inputs? There is no response from builder, when i asked them about possession date.
Q: I have booked a flat in Mantri Premero in Dec 2011. At the time of booking I was told that I will be getting possession in June 2013. With the current progress there is no possibility for its completion in June'2013. Now I am writing to Mantri people about possession date, but they are not replying on it. Now I am frustrated and worried about my purchase. Please suggest if there is a way forward.

Any group formed to represent he owners woes? any meeting with the Mantri management? I am keen to book a flat here since its from Mantri group (understand its Sunil mantra, but don't expect much deviation from Sushil Mantri).. any inputs on 4500 per sqft price is good, or it should be negotiated further given the poor execution so far?Any group formed to represent he owners woes? any meeting with the Mantri management?
