As per earlier version from Merlin Trinoyoni, expected delivery date was Dec 2011. Now, they say that they can't hand over before April 2012. What is the exact reason?

hi,i received another letter today where they said due to heat labours cant do their job properly.so that final possesion shall start from aug2012.

i think electricity and water supply are the main problem.because they sent mail for taking possesion for fit out.
