Q: Has anyone booked a flat in Jain swadesh? I visited the site and it looks pretty good. But I want to get in touch with someone who has already booked a flat before proceeding. The marketing person told me that 40 flats have been sold so far. Surprising not to see any comments from these 40 people. Guys who have booked a flat in Jain swadesh, please respond with your feedback on this project.

The total area of this project is less than 1.3 acres. It will have no basement. All car parking will be around the single 25 floor tower. In terms of amenities, it will have a swimming pool and a children play area. The ground floor will supposedly contain a club house that will house only indoor activities such as gym, carrom board etc. There are only 4 flats per floor - two 2 BHKs and two 3 BHKs. All the flats are quite spacious. The view from the 3 bedroom balconies is good. It faces the upcoming ISKCON temple. The total area of this project is less than 1.3 acres. It will have no basement. However, 2 things that surprised me are: 1. The project has been open for booking for about 1.5 years now. But only 40-45 of the 100 apartments have been booked so far. This is quite low as compared to other projects where almost 80-90% of the flats get booked in a very short span of time once the booking opens. 2. All the 40-45 flats that have been booked so far are from the ground floor to the 10th floor. Not a single flat has been booked in the higher floors despite the floor rise charges not being too high. It is almost as if all flats are being sequentially being allotted (though it is not the case). Does anybody have any idea why this could be so? However, 2 things that surprised me are: 1.
