Hi All. Yes the builder is not agreeing to the penalty clause. I would also like to share the details of my experience of living in X Tower. We moved in on 01 Dec 2014. The experience is horrific. Most of the utilities are nor functional. Only one lift has been installed which apart from the residents,is also used for ferrying construction material. Most of the time lift is non functional. There have been incidents of people getting stuck in lift for hours due to lack of proper power back up. Quality of construction is very very poor. Amrapali staff at Phase II who are responsible for upkeep and maintenance are not bothered. We have asked for completion certificate from the builder but its not been provided yet. In nutshell, the residential complex is not fit for occupation as on date. BUilder has to provide basic amenities before offering possession. I am ex Colonel Bhupinder Malhi. I have a property in Amarpali Sapphire II. Lets all get together and put pressure on the builder to expedite the work. I have been chasing the builder but has not been able to get any satisfactory answer. I think we need to invoke the penalty clause.
