Q: Hi, I am planning to buy property from Royal Splendour, Chennai. Wanted to know about the builder, their puntuality in delivery, flexibility in terms of minor changes in plan, quality of contruction, etc.

My comments to replies
yes, good location and they are looking for 50K for booking and 20% payment in 10days from Booking..seems to be good project...let me know of this is a wise...also it comes in the service lane... Let me know the unusual clauses...
USE OF terrace

The BUILDER/PROMOTER shall have the right to give on lease or hire any part of the roof/ terrace above the top floor, for any purpose including installation and operation of antenna, satellite dishes, communication towers, other communication equipment or to use / hire/ lease the same for advertisements purpose and the Allottee shall have no right to object or cause any hindrance to the same or make any claim on this account. Any income received on account of such lease shall belong to the BUILDER/PROMOTER and neither the ALLOTTEE / PURCHASER or any association formed by the ALLOTTEEs shall have any claim over the same.
