Hi All, I received the possession letter yesterday, as I am overseas so cant see what is in there. Soon I will get the letter scan and read whats in there. Hi Guys, It seems everyone is now desperate to move in and so am I in Angel Mercury. I have been speaking with the builders and it seems the possession date keep on moving forward. Last time when I checked it was September and now it is Oct-Nov. With the history of what they have been saying it seems by March 2013 we will get the property. If earlier then we all will party in the front. Below is the link to very recent (21st May) pics of the property. Make a guess by yourself as of when we can get the property. Hi Alok, As per agreement any delay beyond 3months of the agreed time incur compensation. As possession on my agreement states by Dec 2011 that means compensation (which is % of per sq ft) kicks in from March this year. The truth is that there is always a unexpected things comes in when builders have pay the buyers. I think at the time of possession when we will ask for compensation then they will put forward some extra cost incurred that was not accounted for like building cost, material cost or fuel cost etc etc and that will balance out any compensation.
