Hi guys, I am planning to book a flat in mana placido. I went through the reviews and feedback people have posted here.I need some more info from people already invested in this project. 1)Is the project legally clear, any problem in documents/construction? 2)Any problems faced with the builder after signing the agreement? 3)How is the builder and quality of construction of existing projects(if somebody has checked it out). 4)Has anybody gone with SBI for loan? If so how much percentage of loan bank has released for the project. Kindly share the details as i will plan to go for SBI for loan. The project progress is good so this will help to calculate the EMI's. 5)What is the per sqft rate these days in that area or for this project?
