The property is still in pre-launch phase and there is a factory which they are going to remove and then start construction. The pre launch investor quota looks good, but comes with high initial cost and risk. And is there any BMRC metro station coming near this property?

When is the expected possession date of the project?
I do not think any bank is giving the loan at the moment. Has anybody got it sanctioned? If yes, I would be happy.

Also, the date of possession will not be before the mid of 2016. Reason: They have said 3 months to get commencement certificate, then 2 years for the project, with 6 months grace period. Include minor delays here and there and it is 3 years.
Everything is good, but deleting a listed property is problematic on this website. I am also searching for the same, but unable to do it myself.
