Planning to book a flat in Sapthagiri Splendor
Q: Dear Sir, I am planning to Book an Apartment at Sapthagiri Splendor by Sapthagiri Developers. Since thhe Group is a Family owned Business, would like to know more about the background and credibility of the Developers. Would it be advisable? Rajeev Dutta, TATA Coffee Limited.

I am also planning to book an apartment, but not able to enquire about the builder. Can any one suggest about the builder reputation? Also, about his previous ventures etc. Sudhujoshi, Rajeev, have you booked here or still waiting? Please do advice me.
