Artha property Brick Field Gem Park.. Can someone share their views on investment in this property?.. I am planning to book a villa there.. Thanks for your support in advance..
Q: Artha has been a well rated property marketer for various builders.. This time they are tied up with MBR group who are not much known in the Bangalore market.. But the property location is Sarjapur which is on high demand these days..

My comments to replies
Don't rush We paid in 2012 till now construction is NOT started yet. don't know what is happening . Very late project.
I am also invested in Artha Gem park. Registration is done but still waiting for Khata. I will like to get in touch with all the owners. Artha is not providing any details. I request the owners to join FB Group for owners: https://www.facebook.com/groups/588455434588649/
