Q:
I need help to decide on area for renting of house in Bangalore. My wife works at Richmond town and I would want to stay in an area that is convenient for her i.e. would not involve lot of travelling and would prefer to have good bus connectivity. Please advise. I would prefer apartments. Also please advise on the typical prices in those areas.
Sorry I forgot to post that my family consists of me, my wife and an infant, hence less noisy area with hospitals close by would be desired. I would prefer a 2 BHK flatSorry I forgot to post that my family consists of me, my wife and an infant, hence less noisy area with hospitals close by would be desired. I would prefer a 2 BHK flat
Thanks for your replies. In addition to areas recommended, I'm also looking at Wilson Garden, near Mico Back gate. Can I please have your comments on that? Thanks for your replies. You can opt either old airport road or Kormangla, it may come around 12-15k depends on place/community. But, you should consider your office/ work place.it would be better to decide.
Thanks. I work at Bellandur. Are there decent apartments in Koramangala or Old Airport Road? I'm new here and guidance will be of great help.

Marathalli would be bit far from Richmond road. Old airport seems bit decent but unable to find many apartments there

Hello Vinayak, there is 2bhk flat available for sale in Wilson Garden at Wilson Vintage and the rent is around Rs 20,000
Yes, I'm aware of the same. In addition to the building, I need to have information about the surrounding area and would appreciate proper feedback on the same
Q:
THERE WERE DISPUTES ON THE LAND LIKE DOUBLE SELLING BY THE LANDOWNERS AND SOME CASES WERE FILED ON THE LAND OWNERS AND ALL. STAY ORDERS WERE OBTAINED FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION WORK THERE . HOWEVER NANDISH REDDY IS DOING THE PROJECT BECAUSE HE IS A POLITICIAN. ANYBODY HAS GOT THE RELEVANT PAPERS RELATING TO WITHDRAWAL OF STAY ORDERS?
I'm relatively new to property buying and was wondering if there are properties like this one which provide an access road through it, to the property behind it. I had liked this project otherwise but feels awkward to imagine people trespass through. Even I'd been to check out the property. There's a 40 ft Road between Palm 1 and 2, which seems like Govt property. The marketing guy there himself told that. He said that it was mandatory for them to leave a 40 ft road. The property behind Palms would be accessed by this road. However, I'm not sure if the property is deemed disputed in such cases. Lawyer might be able to provide some opinion on this.Even I'd been to check out the property. There's a 40 ft Road between Palm 1 and 2, which seems like Govt property. Is that true? From what I know from the marketing guys of SVS palms, the road shall provide access to property behind it, hence as per Govt norms, it shall be 40ft wide. So that road and thus the gates shall always remain open.

Hi Kevin, thanks for the update. From what I hear, even if the complete land is owned, if the access needs to be provided through the property as per land rules, then it needs to be provided. So, to get an idea, I was trying to see if there are many projects which have roads through them providing access to other properties behind them.
