I haven't booked any, but was doing some research on the builder. One thing that I didn't like in this project is the very dangerous close proximity to a big mobile tower. The marketing guy is saying it will be removed in next two years, but I am not convinced by that. Otherwise this project is okay, I spoke to another person who booked a flat in this project who already have met flat owners of their other projects such as flora, harmony, etc and he said there were problems but all are sorted out. Currently the other owners are not that much worried about the mobile tower but that may be because of their ignorance.
