Hi i have also booked 3 BHK comfort in cove (the lake district ) that is in phase 2 project last year in dec... Builder has commited to give possesion by march 2014, but looking at the site condition they have not yet completed their phase 1 and still I am waiting for registration of the flat. Also recently (last month when i visited the site) it was told to me that Stamp duty has been increased to 5%, and service tax to 3%, but when I had booked the flat in dec it was 2% and 2.75 % respectively. I am really concerned about Registration date, possession and increament in price of flat.
