what is the difference between BBMP, BMRDA and BDA approved project?
Q: when the clients logged in for bank loans ,many used to face sibil problem with loan, is there any solution for this?

Hi, The builder is saying there is no survey number as such per villa basis and the survey number is for a group of villas. Does it make sense? I expect survey number per villa even if it is a gated community and the layout is BDA approved. Any pointers or suggestions?
Survey number demarcates the land so there wont be an individual survey number for each villa. The group villas falling under that survey number of land will have the same survey number
