I am posting this for every gr constructions related query for the benefit of fellow buyers.
My friend lives in gr shreenivas, singasandra that is also built by gr constructions. He does not have a good opinion on builder. It seems that the top floor flats there have developed cracks after just 3 years. That area has acute water shortage because of which they get water from tankers only. he pays approx rs 2000/- per month only for water which i think is ridiculously high. I wonder how such builders get approval from government to construct buildings without ground water facility.
The builder has other issues also. he told me that builder has not paid maintenance dues of rs 4 lacs to association. Now, residents will have to pay that comes as extra burden. So, I would advise to stay away from that builder. But do not go just by my advice, talk to other gr residents also.

It is a nice project and I have booked a apartment in Shilpitha Splendour Annex in first week of March, the price is reasonable and the location is execellent. there is proposed metro and flyover coming soon. I think you will be making a very good investment.

I have read in some blog that high tension line may create both short and long term problems. Short term problems like headache, anxiety, insomnia, rashes and muscle pain. Long term problems can be Risk of damaging DNA, Risk of Leukemia etc.

I just want to confirm as I'm not getting much option to buy flat with good quality and time of completion.

Hi Yogesh, Is high tension line anyway passing through Uber Verdant? Please let me know as I am planning to buy an apartment in this project.
Its passing from the play area, aprox 100-120 ft from the building, bt portion of aminity part will be under that area. Let me know if you find any useful info to take the +ve or -ve decision.
It may not be high tension (can be low) I'm not sure, as the height of wire is around 20-25 ft from ground.

Hey Yogesh, Did the builder completed any project yet because there is no information available about about completed projects in their website. Moreover I have read few negative reviews about the builder is some of the website. Before booking kindly do some internet as well as market research for both.

They have some projects in Hyderabad first in Bangalore. I heats bad reviews about all 2nd tier developrs in bangalore, so I'm confused.

I came across this project and I feel the floor plan and amenities provided are quite good but what about possession and quality of construction
Its their first project in bangalore, they have completed few in Hyderabad. Quality seems ok, not htta great. Also a bit congested, 240 flats in 2.5 Acre land.
