Buying a property in HOSA road junction is also very good. It has proximity to Ecity phase 1 and 2 and also near to areas like koramangala and Nice road toll is accessible to kanakapura. @Daksh, I spoke to the builder few days back. He said there is one approval is pending. They might be starting the construction by this month (hopefully). Price at present is 3350 (if it is not appreciated again). You can verify this builders older project (Suvastu Templeview HSR). Since this builder is new and I was not heard of this builder I did verify with Templeview existing owner. Seems builder is OK. And I also checked his ongoing sernety project in HOSA road near BOSH. I have not collected the document yet, I am waiting for to get all documents together and verify. If you need any more info you can contact one Mr Saurav he is one who is handling sales for this project. I booked my 3BHK apartment through him.
