Q: We have charged a huge interest in the name of delay payment at the end of installments however it was never reflected by the builder earlier and show figure as zero. How can I make complaints against him. regards,

Hi, A buyer who is the victim of the unfair practices of the builder can approach the following forums for his redressal: You can file a civil suit in a Civil Court You can file a complaint before the consumer Forum You can file a complaint before the Competition Commission of India You can approach Regulatory Forums You can file a Criminal Case If the allottee is overburdened by the excessive hidden charges in the allottee builder agreement, the allottee can file a civil suit in a civil court.
