Ahluwalia Contrractors are not being paid , that is the reason work is not starting, their Metropolis RA bills have not been paid. (But Ahluwalia Contractors are executing work in the upcoming HDIL 5Star Hotel in Juhu, as their bills are being paid there)
Members who are in Mumbai , must ask for Ahluwalia Contractors Outstanding RA Bills copies from Site to understand the issue. Members must unite : - Use Media / Press to Highlight the Situation else the wait could be endless, members should ask for monthly compensation for the delay , till poccession. Since many have taken Bank Loans and have already started paying EMI's
