Hi, Jain housing knows only to fleece customers with delay charges and not to componsate. They are charging me with delay charges which am refuting. Anyone else there for jointly taking up matter with them even to consumer court?
I am staying at Jains Sunderbans.. Hats off to Jain Housing's ethics.. they have paid every penny of compensation to the customers.. i have not seen any other builder doing that.. must say they have strong roots.. nonetheless, the apartment is awesomely designed and the quality makes me delighted.. Had i known the quality is going to be so good, i would have been ready to let go of my compensation :) anyways, any money is good money!

The promoters are not promising on the delivery. The sales person said it would be by Aug 2011 and now during the time of promoter's agreement filing, they say it would be mar 2010 + 3 months grace period.

I think 3095/- is a superb price, considering that it's so close to DPS, Hitech city, Inorbit and Lanco. My brother in law is a Jain hosuing customer in Chennai and he has told me that they have a very good reputation in terms of quality and design. Should I buy this project or any nearing completion one? One advantage of buying here is that they are offering way below the market price and hence the appreciation in prices will be very quick and huge.. pls suggest

I had recently done the final inspection of my flat in first floor in block 10. Trust me they have kept upto their name. The fittings, door, etc everything is done to minutest of detail. They are handing over in maybe 1/2 months. have also heard that they are increasing price on 15th. Let your intuition decideHi Vijay
