Any body owning an apartment in GR Shantinivas, please share your views on GR constructions and the existing projects. I am planning to buy a flat in GR Shantinivas Phase 11, coming up next to GR Shantinivas on manipal county road.

You are write. Water crises is there in that area. People are depend on ground Water but in many places level of Ground water is very low. so there is only one solution, tanker water. Please provide the inputs on GR Sagar Nivas Project at Hosa Road by GR construction? It is G+11 project.Is it wise decision to buy flat in this project?

That area is struggling with water problem. Only Tanker water is the solution for water in that area. Once you purchase the property then you will come to know. I have purchased the flat in that area and regretting about my decision. Even some people want to resale their flat but not able to do so.
when I heard that one of my friend is trying to sell flat in shobha apartment [In front of wipro corporate office sarjapur] but he is not getting the purchased price. He has purchased flat 2 years back. Now he is paying 4000 /month for water along with water deposit amount 2 lakh.
Any new apartment will not face problem for 2-3 years. Once consumption starts, then actual problem will come in to picture. At that time nobody will listen to you.
I have already brunt my finger so stopping other people to get down in this mud.

Hi Please let me know whether I should go with Keerthi Royal Palms or SJR Fiesta or GR Sagar Nivas. I am seeing that booking is quite slow in Keethi Royal Palms as compare to SJR Fiesta or even GR Sagar Nivas and I visited twice to Roal Palms but found no other prospective buyers but me unlike SJR Fiesta Site office which is one of my concern about Keethi RP. Pl help. I have budget to buy any of these 3 properties and also not in a hurry to move in as I am looking from investment point of view right now and also can live there after 2-3 years or so. pl let me know from the authenticity and approvals point of view too about all 3 projects.
