Dear Mr NG Sorry for delayed response . As of to day I am not active in my pursuit for real estate investment . It is better to go for bank financed or bank recognized projects . So that one can be sure of the investment . Many developers buy land from Farmers and form business co operation agreement and then sell . All formalities concerning buying of agricultural plots are managed . one can never be sure that one is on the right side of the law . Better to buy on projects where banks are ready to give loans .Dear Mr NG Sorry for delayed response . As of to day I am not active in my pursuit for real estate investment .
