As per earlier version from Merlin Trinoyoni, expected delivery date was Dec 2011. Now, they say that they can't hand over before April 2012. What is the exact reason?

hi, oct 2012 is new to me.i received a letter from merlin office where it is clearly mentioned that final possesion shall start from june 2012.
I recently visited the site..the central park they were putting the bricks,Electricity and water supply yet to be done... however they told us that they will be fisinhing it by july end... and hand over in August... However the official communicatin says that it will be ready by Aud end..

for covered parking 2.75 L n service tax @ @12.36.. later I talked with authorities n dey said ST will be @3.09, if it is merged with flat...I am unblae to understand..what actually is the "Merged" concept is?
