Need advice on buying flat in Saket Sriyam
Q: My brother wants to buy a 3bhk flat in Saket Sriyam at Sainikpuri (25 floors highrise towers), please suggest. Recently my brother's friend has bought one flat in that project and got the best deal. We got the feedback that they are more reliable in that Sainikpuri market, please suggest since they have last few left?

Mr Manjunath , Saket has a reputation for on time delivery and good quality. The shriyam project is in ready to move in stage . It is the only project where your flat number will be your address. Imagining getting down in Sanikpuri station and saying I need to go to Saket .They have a very unique identity.
