Details about DD Misty Hills
Q: HI,I was looking at Desai Homes DD Misty Hills villas. Does anybody have any inputs on this property, such as how is the location, neighborhood, etc? I believe that the villas are near completion and should be ready to occupy in the next 4-6 months. I have some concerns around the fact that there is a pretty steep climb from the villas to the road. Since I am not located in Kochi, I would appreciate some feedback from people who are familiar with this property.

It seems like the work is almost complete. Most of the villas the painting is done and interior work is going on. Some villas have also been handed over for possession. I was curious about the location, how far from the main road, etc. Have any of you visited the site? It seems like the work is almost complete.
