Adding further to my agony, we paid up 15% of the amount @ 2 years back and were behind Hiren to get our registration done. He told us to prepare 2 DD's and would let us know, i was holding these 2 DD's with me for more than 8 months just believing his false promises that just wait we will get the registration done. Eventually i had to get my DD cancelled. Upto now they have not registered my flat and when i called them up 2 weeks back they are asking me to pay Rs 1200 extra and also informing that as your registration is not done you will have to pay now of forgo the flat.
