My comments to replies
Can we go legal against HDIL and ask them to pay us the interest on the amount invested almost 3 years back. i had heard of some Court law which was passed some time back which said that in the event the project gets delayed beyond a stipulated time period, the resident is liable to recieve interest for the amount invested.
do we have a legal guy in our project who can guide us on this

plz dont b in hurry to back off. There is no point in going legal. at least at this stage. you ll b wasting ur time n money. As we know from the press reports, HDIL is facing financial crunch. I think its lil difficult either to get r money back or interest on the funds v ve invested for three yrs. Hi All,
I was able to speak to Anand and following id the details i received:
HDIL and BMC has worked out the payment terms and now HDIL is supposed to make due payments and receive the CC by 10th January 2012, no other issues are epxected once the CC is received and work is likely to be 24*7 and possessions will be in 2012 towards end of the year

Hi I just came across this thread today I have booked a flat in HDIL in the A wing on the very first day of opening and I am also in the same boat as you all. Till date I have been calling up the HDIL fellows and am getting the same above mentioned response. I would also like to join your group. I stay very close to HDIL and have been so far just monitoring the progress of HDIL which has not been showing any signs of progress at all. My Mobile number is 982052544. I think we all need to start considering the actions given in the article below. I beleive "Item# 10. Delay in delivering possession" applies in our case.
