Pearl Group developers.
Q: Hi all. Does anyone have feedback about Pearl Group developers. I visited their site for new project Palm Vistas villas in White field. The project is in pre launch stage. Any feedback based on previous projects would be helpful. Thanks, Srivathsan

Hey Guys , Me and two of my friends have booked in the project , we have checked credentials and some of the completed projects from the builder and feedback has been good intersm of delivery schedule and quality of construction . They are expecting approval from BDA by around this month . The rate in this area is currently around 4000 / Sq.ft , so once launched builder would hike it . Project is a good bet considering there is a NEW it PARK WHICH HAS COME UP STONE THROW AWAY.
