Q: Is the property clean. any Idea?

As far as I know the property is clear and it is known to be approved by BMRDA and A Khata.
Same here, I discussed with them yesterday. They got DC conversion for only 2.5acres of the land. Rest then have applied. There are few vilolations like road has to be 45ft wide, internal roads has to be 30ft wide etc..which they have not followed so they are doing some changes to their plan. They are saying they will apply for BMRDA approval after July 21st. I asked them about 2nd and 3rd phase and I got different answers from different sales representaive at one go:)

I feel they are honest with their answers and have all good intentions but never know anything can happen while dealing with property. Eager to hear from others as I am also perusing to go for a plot there.
