What is the risk in buying unauthorized flat?
Q: I got a offer for pent house at 10 lakhs less than other flats in the same building. In addition he told that floor is not authorized by BBMP. Can it be legalized during Akrama Sakrama scheme.

Latest Answer: The owner is selling it at 10 lakhs less. This leads to suspicion. May be he wants to get rid of it since he knows it cannot be legalised. So better check in all ways before making the deal.
