Sowparnika Sanvi Phase2-Is there issue with Rajakaluve?
Q: Did any one got Rajakaluve map verified for this property? Is the property out of Rajakaluve defined perimeter? And did someone verified papers with lawyer? I am planning to buy flat in Sanvi-2 so it will be greta help if I get these answers. Thanks,

Hello Abhijeet, You should know which village and under what sy.no this apartment complex is coming up. You can get this info from near by BBMP office. You can check this link to get an idea about BBMP Rajakaluve http://harshasagar.com/2016/08/15/bbmp-rajakaluve-maps/
Thanks Rakesh. can I get the information in any BBMP office? any idea, do they charge for this info?

The project has got approval from BBMP and all the leading banks. Moreover the sales person told me the builder is going to provide A Khata and OC too for the same. I do not think there is any issue.
