Booked flat in Kumar Shantiniketan Phase II
Q: I have booked flat in Kum sh Phase II. Facing the problem u have already undergone. Project delayed by builder. Booked 1 n half yr ago

My comments to replies
Adding further to my agony, we paid up 15% of the amount @ 2 years back and were behind Hiren to get our registration done. He told us to prepare 2 DD's and would let us know, i was holding these 2 DD's with me for more than 8 months just believing his false promises that just wait we will get the registration done. Eventually i had to get my DD cancelled. Upto now they have not registered my flat and when i called them up 2 weeks back they are asking me to pay Rs 1200 extra and also informing that as your registration is not done you will have to pay now of forgo the flat. They are just arm twisting when they want. This is an S.O.S
Have you guys gone to court???

Have u formed the group??/I would also like to join.I have also booked the flat and have received legal notice to pay.Please confirm to my email -saimangal@gmail.com based on your resply I will also like to fight it out.I had registered the agreement and no fault of ours Builder is trying to arm twist.
