Q: I am planning to buy a flat in this project but little confused as the builders of this layout and promoters are different

I also bought a plot in 2013 and also don't see any progress until today. One mistake I did was didn't checked past delivered projects by them. Until today there is no appreciation is plot value so I would suggest go with some other builder who have delivered in the past. Anirudh
I came across another big problem now. I also bought a plot in 2013 but eKatha was not done. Now when I am trying to get the eKatha done, they are saying there is a law suit going on due to some internal family dispute and panchayat is not issuing any katha. So anyone planning to buy, be careful with these people. Dileep

Q: Hi Anyone bought site in Phase 2 of icon malgudi..Any resale in phase 1? Can we get loan from Lic/SBI?Let me know all sites are approved by BMRDA? They are telling 1750 per sqft today.. I think it is over priced. Pls share your views
