Any customer have approached cut of law for action against builder for delaying projects..

Can anybody tell as to when the builder is starting giving possession of Avalon Regal Court. It is badly delayed. Can anybody also tell as to how we can claim interest on the payments made so far to the builder as it is not finished in the compromised dates. Pl also tell the legal provisions.
Hi Gagan Is there any buyers group for Avalon Regal Court. Fully agree the project has been delayed by over 9 years and hence better to file a joint complaint for refund against the builder.

Hey Ajay, called up at the builder office today. Understand that the NCLT has been filed by few buyers on this project. Are you aware of the status? Could you pls get me included into the group pls. Thanks!
