Hi...I have also booked a flat in Foyer Infinity. Thinking on which bank to take the loan from? LIC or SBI? Was told that SBI is not disbursing the amount on time which is leading to delay in payments. Is LIC good??? Pls share any concerns that you might have seen in the place.
