Any comments on Sterling Villa Grande.
Q: Any opinions on this project ? Is the project legally clean? What do you guys think about the price?

HI...we just booked a c type a few days back. The rates are high, but I guess the quality shold pay off the premium charged. The construction is slow...though and they maintain Dec 2013 as completion.
Looks like the delays have started. I was assured of a June 2013 completion date when I bought it a few months ago.
