Don't sell the plots now.
Q: I have a 3200 sq ft plot there bought an year ago @ 550 / sq ft. Now the rate is around 1000-1200 per sq ft. I have a flat in Wakad too so i know how this part of pune is growing. Here are the latest updates.Kolte - Patil Developers Limited has unveiled ‘Life Republic’ an ultramodern Township near the IT Hub Hinjewadi, Pune. This will turn this area upside down.They will be building 8 lane highway from Hinjewadi. So schools/retails will be just 1 km away. This will be a very good option to build your own house in next 4-5 years.

Thanks for your post Harsh. I recently visited the site as well and saw that the roads are all done but not much development from a livability perspective. No Electricity (common poles), water or common plumbing appears anywhere in sight. Also, when you say the rate is around 1000-1200, are we seeing transactions happening there? Are people genuinely interested in building houses here in the near future?
