Q: I came to know the land is not having clear title, NA is not yet done. Can you please let us know how long you take to get it done? Let me know how many Banks approve loan for this property.

ICICI bank is saying that they had given project approval. My contact at ICICI is Sushil Kumar Mido. He said through phone that it is approved. Shrikant if you are so confident about getting NA approval, can you goive us this statment in agreement that" Getting NA for the project will be a responsibility of builder and mandatory timeline for the same because we got different statement from salse team that 1) they have all required aproval before booking 2) they dont have NA after booking 3) they will get NA within 2 days, next week , within 8 days , now it will take time. By the way salse team is claiming that they have done many agreements till now. Whenever agents tell you that project is approved ask for APF number( Approved project file). if you ask this then he will never call you back again or will try to convince you orally, which is usless. SHrikant told me that ICICI bank is disbursing loan on individual basis, but when asked for the contact # of that individual or his loan acc # then he denied everything. These people lie like anything. This is the probable reason that people are canceling the bookings. Anybody who want to book in this project becarefull. I checked on 20SEPT 2012 Silver gardena is not yet approved by HDFC and ICICI. Also I did my agreement registered some 20 days back still builder is not giving me the Registered document. Every day new reason. My comments to replies
Sales team told at the time of booking that all approvals are ready. Now, sales team is asking for remaining payments even if NA is not done. Please tell us the date when NA approval will be done.
Thank you Nikhil, till today they are asking for 15% of purchaser share and then we to choose for registering the agreement.this thinkg is raising doubts in the mind. I feel Just doubtfull to pay money and do agreement only based on oral commitment form shrikant

Whats the latest update about this project? Is everything fine ? I mean NA and all done?
NO Environment clearance till now They are not giving possesion even after 4 years of registered booking ( About silver gardenia Ravet pune)

Hello Shweta Madam and Wasim Sir, I repeate Silver gardenia in Ravet project do not have Environment clearance yet. And they are not accepting bank disbursement. Please contact all those who is having the same problems. Thanks
