Information about the project.
Q: Hi All, I went to see this property site yesterday. Is this project run by same person who did Lotus project in same area last year? Some Mettu Reddy person? The project looks very good but be careful with Mettu. He is a very rude, fraud person. He was thrown out of the Lotus project partnership also in the middle of the project and now he is doing something on his own with Marvel. Please verify all documents and measurements and dimensions by a well known lawyer and engineer. In Lotus also they had so many issues with papers and also they promised pool but dint give in the end because it was not approved in plan. He will talk very nice english and impress everyone and then fraud them. Please let me know if anyone has got everything checked and is proper? I am looking for 2BHK flat. Please double check legal papers, measurements and approvals as this will cause issues with loan, khata transfer and occupancy certificate from bbmp

I have visited domicila 6 months, and I rejected that because of not having legal approval that time. when I enquired about the same just 2 months back, they told all flats are sold out.. yesturday when I checked there website I found that few flats are available and they send me updated price list and availability details in that around 5 flats are available.. I also visited the site yestrday evening, and I could not find much progress on work. Status is almost same what was there 6 months back, and I surprise how they can complete posesson on march 2013 as committing..
