Hi, I'm planing of buying a property on the Anekal road and was considering JR Housing as well. We only came to know about JR Housing thru their banner advertisements. Can someone please post in details about JR Housing project developments and completion details? I and my colleagues are planing to visit few projects in and around this locality every weekend. I see few of negative comments online about JR Housing. Your early response will help us in making a right decision. Thank you !

Talk to the residents in the layouts made by jr properties and know the truth. the developer will never tell the truth, there are some serious gap in development in all of their layouts, it cannot be coincidence. not a single layout have been completely developed, they run away once all sites are sold, till then they'll develop bare minimum

I heard about JR Housing they are one of the reputed company's in real estate. They have 15 years of experience in the field of real estate. Jr Housing Private Limited have completed many projects like JR Valley, SP City, JR SP Gardens and many more.

My comments to replies
Yes it is true that the JR layout are cow sheds, that's the joint development agreement done by them with land owners. So even if the layout is BMRDA approved, the villagers will own the land and would be free to use the layout as grazing ground for cows. Cows and their owners do not need permission to enter the layout, while residents are threatened by JR Housing developers that they'll stop the residents and site owners from entering the layout. Last week I was in the layout and have taken pictures where its is clear that either, this is a village and not a layout or the developer has really started dairy business. Now we all can understand the standard of development of JR properties Tippy tippy tap which colour cow do you want? Brown, yes its available in JR Greenpark.
Naresh Gupta is not a Villa owner or a Plot owner at any of the JR Housing Projects, but a marketing exec of a competitive firm interested in spreading a false propaganda.

Standard of Development is top notch and it has got nothing to do with Cows ! :). J.R Housing has set a lot of benchmarks in the standard of development in residential layouts. First company to develop 60ft, 80ft and 150ft wide main roads in Private layouts. The latest offerings of the company like JR Urbania, JR Greenwoods, JR Greenpark Lakefront are a cut above the rest. Same can be verified with a site visit if not a visit to the company's website.

Any idea why SBI will not approve the loan for JR Housing ?
JR Nexus, JR Greenwich and JR Greenpark has approvals from SBI if you are looking at a Villa or Apartment loan. Rural branches of SBI fund the BMRDA approved plotted projects, however the main City branches of SBI wouldn't fund any BMRDA approved plotted projects. The same can be verified at SBI.
